A monthly living allowance covering all living expenses, including accommodation, food, and books, which varies depending on the host university’s location.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must be citizens of one of the developing countries that are members of the World Bank (from the available list).
  • Applicants must not hold dual citizenship with any developed country.
  • Applicants must be in good health.
  • Applicants must have obtained a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) at least three years prior to the application date.
  • Applicants must be engaged in full-time development-related work at the time of application and have three years of experience in the field after obtaining their bachelor’s degree.

Available specializations

These include development fields such as economic policy management, tax policy, and infrastructure management.
