Scholarship Application Requirements:

The applicant must be between 17 and 25 years of age for Bachelor’s degree and Arabic Language Institute programs; the age limit is 30 for Master’s programs and 35 for PhD programs.
Each university has its own specific GPA requirements (which can be verified on the university’s website), as the scholarship program itself does not set a specific GPA threshold.
The student’s home country government must approve their study in the Kingdom, for countries that require such approval for non-Saudi students.
The student must not have previously received a scholarship from any educational institution in the Kingdom.
Certificates and supporting documents must be attested by the competent authorities.
The student must provide a police clearance certificate (criminal record check) from security agencies in their home country (this is optional for the year 2025).
The student must not have been dismissed from any educational institution in the Kingdom.
