FULLY FUNDED Scholarships in Germany for International Students at University of Hamburg, 2019

” The University of Hamburg is pleased to offer Degree Completion Grants for international students to study in Germany. The maximum funding period for students pursuing Diplom, Magister, Staatsexamen degrees is twelve months.

This scholarship aims to assist high achieving and highly motivated international research scholars at Hamburg University.

Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) is one of the largest of its kind in Germany.

Applicants must have completed their school education outside of Germany or have graduated from a Studienkolleg. Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

Course Level: Grants are available to pursue undergraduate programme.

Study Subject: Grants are available in any of the fields offered by the university.

Scholarship Award: The maximum level of the grant is €450 per month and it may be authorized for up to 12 months.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

International undergraduate students (i.e., students who are nationals of countries other than Germany) seeking a degree from Universität Hamburg and whose monthly income does not exceed €450 can apply for a degree completion grant.

Nationality: International students are eligible to apply for this grant.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.

English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
