Job Summary:

Albukhary International University’s ICT Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Technical Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating complex IT projects within our organization. As a key member of our project management team, the candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, with a primary focus on networking initiatives. This position involves active collaboration with technical teams and requires a strategic approach to project coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

1. Lead the planning and coordination of IT projects, emphasizing networking aspects.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
3. Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

Execution and Monitoring:

1. Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
2. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues to maintain project timelines.
3. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

1. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.

Risk Management:

1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
2. Proactively assess project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.

Process Improvement:

1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
2. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing project workflows and methodologies.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency:

1. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and best practices.
2. Proven experience in successfully coordinating and managing complex IT projects.

Skills:

1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, with a focus on networking initiatives.

Education:

• Minimum degree requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields.
