{"id":2129,"date":"2019-12-22T21:51:03","date_gmt":"2019-12-22T21:51:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scholarships.msqfon.com\/?p=2129"},"modified":"2019-12-22T21:51:03","modified_gmt":"2019-12-22T21:51:03","slug":"warwick-chancellors-international-scholarships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/careers.msqfon.com\/?p=2129","title":{"rendered":"Warwick Chancellor\u2019s International Scholarships"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Brief description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chancellor\u2019s International Scholarships are allocated annually via a combined postgraduate research scholarship competition and&nbsp;are open to all overseas students in any discipline offered at Warwick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Host Institution(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Warwick, UK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Level\/Field of study:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PhD programme in any discipline offered at Warwick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of Scholarships:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target group:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students classified as&nbsp;\u2018overseas\u2019 students for fees purposes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship value\/inclusions\/duration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awards made for entry in Autumn 2020 will include both of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The full payment of overseas tuition fees (worth up to \u00a324,010)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A maintenance stipend in line with UKRI rates (provisional \u00a315,239 for full time award holders in 2020\/21, expected to be confirmed February 2020)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 &nbsp;Length of funding: 3.5 years unless you are already in your first year of study when you apply then the length of funding will be reduced accordingly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 &nbsp;Applicants for a Chancellor\u2019s International Scholarship must also be applying for a PhD at the University of Warwick to begin in October 2020;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 &nbsp;Students currently enrolled on a PhD or MPhil\/PhD at the University of Warwick may apply in their first year of registration only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 &nbsp;Applicants must expect to be \u2018overseas\u2019 students for fees purposes, but there is no other nationality criteria;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;Applicants may be from any discipline at Warwick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Scholarships cannot be deferred to the next academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/warwick.ac.uk\/services\/dc\/schols_fund\/scholarships_and_funding\/chancellors_int\"><strong>Apply here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brief description: The Chancellor\u2019s International Scholarships are allocated annually via a combined postgraduate research scholarship competition and&nbsp;are open to all overseas students in any discipline offered at Warwick.
