{"id":2126,"date":"2019-12-22T21:45:31","date_gmt":"2019-12-22T21:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/scholarships.msqfon.com\/?p=2126"},"modified":"2019-12-22T21:45:31","modified_gmt":"2019-12-22T21:45:31","slug":"swedish-institute-scholarships-for-global-professionals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/careers.msqfon.com\/?p=2126","title":{"rendered":"Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Scholarship description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Swedish Institute (SI) is now launching&nbsp;<em>the Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP)<\/em>, a new scholarship programme which replaces&nbsp;<em>Swedish Institute Study Scholarships (SISS)<\/em>.&nbsp;SISGP offers scholarships to a large number of master\u2019s programmes starting in the autumn semester 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Host Universities\/Institutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swedish Higher Education Institutions and Swedish Universities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of Scholarships:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An estimated 300 scholarships will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target group:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students from the following countries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bangladesh; Bolivia; Brazil; Cambodia; Cameroon; Colombia; Ecuador; Egypt; Ethiopia; Gambia; Ghana; Guatemala; Honduras; Indonesia; Jordan; Kenya; Liberia; Malawi; Morocco; Myanmar (Burma); Nepal; Nigeria; Pakistan; Peru; Philippines; Rwanda; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Tanzania; Tunisia; Uganda; Vietnam; Zambia; Zimbabwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scholarship value\/inclusions\/duration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarship covers tuition fees,&nbsp;living expenses of&nbsp;SEK 10,000&nbsp;per month, insurance, and a one-time travel grant of&nbsp;SEK 15,000&nbsp;(only for scholarship holders living outside Sweden). There are no additional grants for family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scholarship is intended for full-time one-year or two-year master\u2019s programmes, and is only awarded for programmes starting in the autumn semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for SISGP, you must have had at least 3,000 hours\u2019 work experience prior to 3 February 2019 from a maximum of three organisations\/companies.&nbsp; Applicants must be from an eligible country (see above).&nbsp; You must be able to demonstrate your previous leadership experience.
