Brief description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcrkiye Scholarships is a government-funded, competitive scholarship program, awarded to outstanding students to pursue full-time or short-term program at the top universities in Turkey. Applications will be open to applicants who wish to study at bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s and doctoral levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcrkiye Scholarships applications for 2019 will be received in one period, and applications will be open between 15th January- 20th February 2019 for international students from all countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes T\u00fcrkiye Scholarships unique is that it\u2019s not only inclusive of financial support but also provides university placement to its awardees at all levels of higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programs and Levels of Study<\/strong>
Programs open for application are: Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs 
Applications will be open to applicants who wish to study at bachelor\u2019s, master\u2019s and doctoral levels. 
Other programs such as Research Scholarships, Success Scholarships, and KAT\u0130P have different application periods and are announced regularly on our website and social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bachelors, Masters or PhD Programmes in a wide range of fields of study offered at participating Turkish Universities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scholarship value\/inclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scholarship includes university and program placement, monthly Stipend (Bachelor: 700 TL per month; Masters: 950 TL per month; PhD: 1,400 TL per month), tuition fee, once-off return flight ticket, health insurance, accommodation and one year Turkish Language Course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The normal duration of award is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undergraduate: 1 year Turkish Language course + 4-6 years (depending on the normal duration of the program)
Master\u2019s: 1 year Turkish Language course + 2 years
PhD: 1 year Turkish Language course + 4 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Academic Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Minimum academic achievement for Bachelor\u2019s degree applicants: 70%
\u2022 Minimum academic achievement for Master\u2019s and Doctorate degree applicants: 75%
\u2022 Minimum academic achievement for Health Science (Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy) applicants: 90%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Age Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 To be under the age of 21 for Undergraduate programs
\u2022 To be under the age of 30 for Master\u2019s programs
\u2022  To be under the age of 35 for Doctorate programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligible Groups:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022   Citizens of all countries
\u2022  Graduates or applicants who are able to graduate at the end of the current academic year (before September 2019)
\u2022  Researchers and academicians<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications can only be made individually through www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr <\/a>by the candidates. There are no institutions or persons authorized to apply for T\u00fcrkiye Scholarships. Candidates applying at Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s and PhD levels are welcome to apply between 15 January \u2013 20 February 2019.<\/strong> Research applicants can apply throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
