Eligibility Criteria for NCTU Scholarship:
In order to apply for National Chiao Tung University Scholarship 2021, candidates have to meet the following criteria:
- International Applicants except Taiwan with any other nationality are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be healthy both physically and mentally.
- Candidates who are recipients of any other scholarships are not eligible.
- Applicants should fill out the application form correctly, honestly, completely, and submit application materials as required by the university.
- Candidates having high school degree certificate are eligible to apply for Undergraduate Degree programs.
- Applicants holding bachelor’s degree can apply for Master’s Degree.
- Students with a master’s degree certificate are eligible to apply for Doctoral Degree.

- 2 Letters of Recommendations: (Must be written by the candidate’s Teacher, Advisor, or an Employee).

- The study plan must be written in Chinese or English.
- English Language Proficiency: If the applicant’s previous degree was taught in English, then candidate can submit English Proficiency Certificate from previous institute.
- Academic thesis or relevant publications (for Ph.D. program applicants).

The last date to apply for the National Chiao Tung University Scholarships in Taiwan 2021 is 30th September 2020 for Spring Intake and 30 September 2021 for Fall Intake.
